I started Spakes Custom Homes to build something that truly reflects my values—honesty, craftsmanship, and accountability. I believe every great home starts with a strong foundation, and mine is rooted in my faith and my family.

I make it a priority to be present on our job sites, ensuring every detail is done right. And more often than not, I’m joined by our trusted on-site inspector, Bea, who keeps a close eye on things every step of the way.
